We are delighted announce our first Rider / Manager in Tom Bowering. The 28 year old rider brings a lot of racing experience and a tone of talent with him from his time racing Nationally and through out Europe.

A British Cycling Cat 2 rider for 2024 – Tom will not only be taking on a position with in the team he will also be managing it; from rider welfare, road tactics to setting the team dynamic and training. We are so proud to have his expertise leading the line and helping with guiding the teams progression, we have long standing strong relationship with Tom and first supported him as a JNR rider back in 2014 during his time with our ‘Swindon Cycles Race Academy‘ where he went on to race for R24/7, Steele Davies via Roma RT, Active Edge RT & TAAP Endura RT – he also had a role as a Pinarello UK Ambassador and has now joined LEAGUE.

“Having raced with some fabulous teams over the years with some great direction, I hope to bring to the team not just a road captain role, but to take a leadership role which will incorporate all the riders needs. I’ve been told to lead from example and I hope to be able to better the riders the team and the Swindon racing scene!
The team will be primarily focussing on the local 2/3/4 scene with a plans in the future to continue to step up the ladder within the British Calendar
There are some fantastic races in our minds eye for the future and we hope to carry you all with us through this Journey.
