
The team sets eyes on warmer conditions and hard efforts as we are gearing up for team camp in Calpe, Esp from Sunday 8th – 15th Feb!
The boys have 4 days supported – 3 days un-supported, 7 day structured rides with team focused drills to work through. This time is so valuable to us not just as a collective but also to the lads individually to help to elevate their fitness ahead of the incoming season!
This week is all about hard earned legs, content, tan lines & introducing that team cohesion that is so influential during a long season.
